The current holder of the Evidence of Debt secured by the Deed of Trust, described herein, has filed Notice of Election and Demand for sale as provided by law and in said Deed of Trust. The original Sale Date was scheduled for June 12, 2013 but was deferred pursuant to Colorado Revised Statutes 38-38-801 et seq.  The deferment period has been terminated or ended and the Sale may now proceed according to law.
